About this game

Late afternoon in the Saloum Delta, and the golden light skims low across the brackish water. The arched roots of red mangroves plunge into the mud, covered in vines and small green leaves. In the foreground, tall clumps of grass frame cracked mud in plates, scattered with gray pebbles, shells, and pink flowers.

I've been coming here since childhood, when the tide goes out and leaves this muddy path between the trunks. Fishermen pass through early in the morning. In the evening, only the lapping of the water remains and the shadows stretching across the surface.
