About this game
It is early in the morning, and the courtyard already seems to be waiting for the heat. The sun enters from the left, filtered through the olive tree foliage, and casts light patches on the cracked terracotta tiles. In the foreground, a low wall covered in turquoise and cobalt blue zellige tiles shows chips and fine cracks in the glaze. The whitewashed arcades close off the background.
These gnarled trunks recall the courtyards of country houses where people waited for the end of the heat, sitting on a wall and talking in low voices. Many find in them the scent of rosemary and sun-warmed stone, a memory of family summers.
To play better, take your time scanning the lines of the scene: the branches, the stripes of the leaves, the cracks in the tiles and the joints of the wall hide hidden numbers, sometimes lying flat, tilted, or in the same color as the background. Watch out for the 6 and the 9, which are easy to confuse. The magnifying glass and zoom will help you tell them apart.
